G.W. Rice Insurance Agency has been providing quality insurance products and service for over 45 years. Garland W. Rice founded G.W. Rice Insurance in 1973, selling for 3 different insurance companies and working long hours on the road. He created the motto “Service After the Sale,” which still holds true today.

Dennis Rice followed in his father’s footsteps when he began working for G.W. Rice Insurance Agency in 1995. Dennis took over the agency in 2007 when his father became sick with cancer. In April 2017, Dennis purchased a new office location in Halifax county to better serve his customers. Dennis truly cares about his customers and many have been with G.W. Rice Insurance Agency for over 30 years.

Dennis represents over 20 insurance companies and specializes in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, and Medicare Part D Drug Plans. Dennis also sells major medical, cancer, long-term care, and life insurance products. G.W.
